Hey kids, I'm this site's webmaster. My name is Philip, and I'm 9 years old.

I am going to tell you, something bad is happening.  Some councilmen want to sell the land of some of the only playgrounds here in Southwest D.C. for  developing. Developing means creating places  like buissnes buildinngs and stores.  If we don't do anything soon, almost every park execpt the school's ones will be gone.

You can help by sending in things such as.

  • Your ideas for new playgrounds.
  •  Letters with reasons why we should keep our playgrounds for our future generation's, We will try to  send them to the councilmen so they might not sell the playground site.
